Guidelines for what to expect at our shop.

In the shop we don’t wear outdoor shoes, therefore you need to remove your shoes at the entrance. We have slippers in the shop, that you can borrow, or you can bring your own from home.

There is coffee, water and tea in the shop, that you can help yourself while waiting.

In the waiting area you can hang your coats and jackets.

We have sanitary products in our bathroom for the people who might need them.

Once inside the tattoo or piercing area we have designated cabinets and closets for your personal things, like clothes and bags.

You are more than welcome to bring snacks and sugary drinks if you need them (please ask your tattoo artist or piercer where to place them).

We work hard to create a safe environment for us and our customers, that’s why we ask you to always be respectful and calm while you are in the shop. Sexist and homophobic remarks towards our artists and other clients are not tolerated in our shop. It’s important to have a safe space where everyone is welcome, no matter color, gender or sexual orientation.

Pronouns is something that matters to us regarding, so feel welcome to tell us how you prefer to be referred to.

It’s always ok to say “no” if you don’t want to get tattooed or pierced at the moment, consent is important no matter what.

It’s important to respect our client’s decisions. It’s always encouraged to ask for any changes regarding the placement of the stencil, piercing marking or ask for a different tattoo design or piercing jewelry.

Our artists and piercers have the right to say “no” to any tattoo or a piercing they don’t feel comfortable doing. Please respect our professional advice. If we don’t have time to take clients at the moment, be respectful of our time and energy. No means no, regardless of the topic of discussion.
